    Seriously guys? How?
I've been struggling with porn addiction for more than 10 years now. I know I've made improvements... I only watch porn sub (which is quite the same but I see it as an improvement) and I went from 3-5 times a day to 3-5 times a month, but how to stop that for good?
    I'm running out of ideas...
    Please help!!

It takes time. You've already made serious progress! You're fighting an enemy embedded inside of you. The battle may be succeeding in your favor, but it will take time to weed out all the insurgents. Move forward and fight the urges. You may not be perfect, but you will prevail and win over time. That's what matters.

No I clearly don't know how. 10 years I'm trying. 10! Nearly half of my life...

I know, but it's just that I'm sick of failing again and again...

  6. Cold turkey. Don't go easy-mode. And don't just ban porn. If you see an image that arouses you or a clickbait YouTube thumbnail, get the hell out of there. Same with thoughts. As soon as you start fantasizing, stop immediately or you risk relapse.

It would also help to find healthy habits to replace porn. Personally, I fill my day with fun activities or other obligations like study so I don't have time for PMO.

3-5 days a month vs 3-5 times a day is serious improvement dude. But if you really want to quit for good you need to reframe how you think about pornography. You need to stop thinking of it as a bad habit and start thinking of it as a drug that makes you high. It’s a drug. It’s not casual. It’s a drug. Just like how some people can drink casually or do a drug casually some can interact with porn casually. People posting on this message board for the most part cannot interact with this drug casually. So the only reasonable choice is sobriety. I know. I get it. It sucks. But it’s the truth.

The main question is not how... But why. You'll get nowhere if you don't have a goal with this. Why do you want to stop watching porn and masturbating? Your "why" should be the generator of your motivation. Besides motivation, your main ally should be information. Understand the addiction. How and why it manifests. The roots and the triggers behind it.
