How to do Kegel?

Ok, there are countless threads and web article but still not satisfied with info.

Stopping Urine flow use PC muscles and I did it and excercised

But then one guy on Nofap said that do not train BC muscles instead of PC, it will make PE worse

Then One web article said that squeezing BC musles automatically squeez PC and IC muslces so its right to saueesq BC muscles.

I need just one image, not showing internals but external view with PC muscles marked correctly.

Or if anyone xan explain in detail, It will be really helpful.
