How to fight PAWS?

So, all of you who are dealing with PAWS after leaving for more than 6 months and longer, this question is for you. How to get through PAWS? What can be done to make the recovery from PAWS faster? My PAWS include social anxiety and just anxiety/panic in general for no reason. Going through it for last 4 months approx.
 
The things I found most useful are simple things like
1. sleeping 7-9H a day (between 11pm and 2am preferably)
2. eating Omega 3 fatty acids (I eat fish oil), Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3, Zn, Mg, Ca (cow milk), K (bananas)
3. daily outdoor aerobic exercise like hiking/running/cycling

Try Wim Hof method for your anxiety problems (Wim Hof breathing + cold showers/ice baths). This method has helped me more than anything else, but you have to practice it on daily basis.
