    Meditation might help. You can exercise a bit before sleeping. Reading is also very useful. Basically, you need to be physically exhausted and mentally busy before sleeping. If you have this problem of unconsciously reaching your genital at night and then masturbate semi consciously I advise you to put clothes that can stop your peeking and so. I know it's weird but if it helps to be clean at night it's all good buddy

  4. I have had severe sleep issues my entire life. What has helped me the most is getting off my phone/tablet/laptop/video games at least 2-4 hours before you go to bed. The blue light from these devices stimulates your brain and make going to sleep harder. Second, when I do crawl into bed I read until my eyes feel heavy. Overall the trick is to calm your brain starting 2 hours before bed, don't do anything to stimulate it.
