On day 53 no pmo..... I have very low self esteem .. also have social amxiety.. or u can say.. inferiority complex..... Because I feel less nervous to people whom i feel is less than me... more nervous to people i feel are better than me...... I am 25 yo.. and did not earn even a penny by myself... I have no self confidence to start any business... I dont know how people do business amd earn... I cant live like this.. I have to earn... I will marry after 2-4 years... how will i feed my wife, children.... I have no self confidence to earn .. no one knows me in my neighbourhood,. I am socially weird , anxious ......

You are too worried. Nofap makes you a better person for sure. It gives you the energy to work hard. You have to utilise it.

In your neighbourhood, If I was you then I would have walked like a confident in the neighbourhood which would make everybody say “ man!! this guy has got something in his balls”. Try to have this mentality. I’m 17 yrs old and on 52 days on Nofap and Semen retention.
Keep in mind, if you’re confident, no social anxiety can stop you. Your doing Nofap to be a better version of yourself. Use its energy to create something good.

Man make a list of things that you can (and like to) change in you right now. Start WORKING OUT. Build some muscles and your auto confidence will raise. Others members of the forum will say the same thing to you.

Second, read about online business, like blogs and stuff like this, and you can start to earn some dollars on internet. Its really a thing you shoould look to make some money. Theres a lot of online courses and ebooks about SEO, blogs, affiliate marketing and so on.

You can and gonna pass trought all this things. God bless you

Confidence is gained through repeatedly achieving things that you want.

Working out has been mentioned. It's the easiest way to boost your testosterone and build confidence. But your career is even more important and you'll have to be patient before that becomes a source of confidence.

Don't beat yourself up. You've recognized that your life needs fixing, that's enough. Use the pain to push you towards work now, don't pull yourself further down. That means watch your thoughts.
You likely have many things to fix. Do not attempt to fix everything at once. Pick something you know how to improve. Make a plan with SMALL steps. Break the process down as much as possible. Once you have a plan and start executing I promise you will immediately feel better already. Then it's all a matter of focus and persisting. We all suck at it but those of us who keep trying are the once who eventually get that good good. Do not settle for mediocrity.

If you want to jump start your process I give you a secret tip. Go for a run or a hard hike and go as far and as fast as possible. Get yourself to the point where your mind thinks you can't take anymore and then keep pushing further. You don't know how much you can do until you do it. That's a recipe to gain self-respect fast and hard.

Books I recommend:
Cant Hurt Me - David Goggins (mental toughness. get the audio version, it's brilliant with extra stuff)
Richest Man in Babylon - George S. Clason (basic mechanics of how to become rich. financial philosophies that worked in ancient Babylon and still work to this day)

Finally listen to Arnie talk some sense into you:

It's important to change that mindset. Read some self help books, exercise and most importantly find a way to let go of any shame you have. The path to confidence and happiness is being comfortable in your own skin, that can't happen while you beat yourself up constantly, but it's a very complicated personal journey and will take time.
