How to get “it” back?

  1. So I’m on day 16 (longest streak of no P or M or O, or edging of any kind), and I’ve felt amazing. However, I was alone and I’ve been working hard for the past few weeks and I felt tension building up in myself.
    Long story short, I MO’d with no P. Not too too disappointed, but I can’t help but feel like I have lost my mojo. I mean, I felt great today, and now that I have O’d, I feel sorta shaky, less sure of myself, and anxious, you know, the usual for this situation.
    Is there anyway to get that “it” feeling back sooner? I know that “it” is so rewarding because you have to work for it, and not many succeed.
    I know the gladiators would eat onions because it made them “manly”. Onions probably increase testosterone as well as animal fat and dairy, but is there anything else? I’m actually going to hang out with some buddies in a bit and don’t feel as good about it because of the situation.
     
  2. You’ll just have to hunker down and wait a few days while you work on your plan I haven’t found a better way. The mojo builds back up over a period of days
     
  3. I guess the good thing is that I didn’t relapse (watch porn, binge). So I hope it won’t take as long to get back on my feet.

  4. Old thread, I know but might help someone:
    I have come to learn that water fasting (more than 20 hours) is one of the things that does help. It give you an incredible confidence boost.
