How to get back arousal to real women?

  1. I can stay hard but not feelings of desire, sexual drive and arousal to a real women, sex feels boring and mechanic,

    How long does it take to reverse this effect and feel the sex with real women.
     
  2. This is different for everyone, so it's impossible to tell you.

    I see that you are young, so quite possibly you started porn at an early age, which has messed up the pathways in your head.

    You are 133 days into your hard reboot (well done!), which definitely helps. At the moment, your brain thinks that the only way it can "spread your seed" is to watch porn! It doesn't realise that a real woman not only counts but also makes a better choice!

    You might also be within a flatline, which passes by itself after a while.

    Something that I say to everyone who will listen: Get therapy. You were addicted for a reason, and your addiction has created further problems. Therapy will speed up the healing process immeasurably. It might be that you currently aren't attracted to women because you simply are not yet ready for it! Sometimes, a man or a woman needs to heal before they are ready for a relationship.

    Be patient — I don't know for how long you had your addiction, but 133 days is hardly anything in the course of healing. Patience will reap benefits.

    What Kind of therapy I need to get(suggestions) , is there any books or activities I can do to replace going to therapy??
     
  4. That's a good question. There are many different types of therapy, and each therapy works well for some people and not for others. So, it's not possible to tell you which ones work best for you. Research them, and choose the ones that you can afford and that seem right for you. Experiment until you find the best therapies for you.

    Here is a list of some therapies, but there are more!
    • Ask your GP for advice
    • Counselling
    • Meditation
    • Yoga
    • CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
    • Hypnotherapy
    • Mindfulness
    • NLP (neuro-linguistic programming)
    • Matrix reimprinting
    • Systemic constellations
    • Clinical psychology
    • EFT (emotional freedom technique)
    • Indian head massage
    • Reflexology
    • Massage therapy (by a professional, not a prostitute!)
    • Reiki
    • Tai chi
    • Network spinal analysis
    • Craniosacral therapy
    If you have a low budget, you can get some of these free, such as EFT, yoga, meditation, mindfulness. Look them up on YouTube or get a book from your library. Of course, seeing a professional is always better!

    I have already started meditation and weight lifting and a good diet. I will post the results after 60+ days . And some activities to boost my self improvement.

  6. I get this , I remember a few years ago and porn wasn't that big a deal, if it was clear I was getting somewhere with a girl and out on a night out , and we had something built up over the weeks I could be walking around hard as a rock before anything even happened only flirting

    If you watch a lot of porn and more importantly aren't getting any sexual build up with someone , if your just going to work / bored or stressed your unlikely to be thinking about banging 24/7

    Porn kills imagination and fantisizing and that's what builds your ow internal sexual desire . Your hardly going to be thinking about the hot girl at work you always talk to , when your getting off to extreme genres of porn. That give you dopamine highs and crashes , your brain doesn't have room to fantisize on a natural level ,

    Abstinance from porn and
    actually applying yourself with someone. Porn overindulged us
