Hello everyone, so I’m now on day two of NoFap! Feeling good and ready to hold out for the rest of the year, I have a few goals for my penis (lol) and one of them is to get erect while standing, and have it last for a while! I’ve been masturbating while laying down on my bed and I believe my penis is used to that way now, I want to maintain an erection while standing. I often heard Kegels work/ leg workouts, any other suggestions?
    Thanks ✌

    Phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors
V, C, L, S (names are banned on this forum, idk why)
    all need Rx in USA

There are "natural" pills too, but it's hit and miss. I was reading an article, where it turns out a lot of the natural bodega/gas-station pills had V in them.

This article is also hilarious, about one of the urologists pivotal in these drugs development, dropping his pants at a conference to show his treatment worked.:p:D

Just reboot, you will he able to naturally, no pills. Problem isn't blood flow, problem is addictive and physical changes in brain.

Your muscles in your penis and pelvic area are weak, small, and incapable of staying erect in a way that makes sex as pleasurable as possible.

Like any muscles on your body, you need to exercise your penile and pelvic muscles to stay harder and more enduring while having sex. How do you do that?

    By having sex.

Having sex is shown to be the best way to strengthen your pelvis muscles and have better erections for more pleasurable sex. Like any type of exercise, your muscles are going to be weak and small at first, so sex isn't going to feel as great as it could. You should stick to the missionary position since it does not put a lot of strain on your pelvic muscles, it does not drain blood from your crotch, and the position/angle of your partner's vagina makes it very easy for a penis to enter, even when not completely hard. Another good position to try is lying doggy, since it makes your partner's vagina tighter, leading to greater pleasure for both partners.

Once those two positions work well, move on to spooning, kneeling doggystyle, and legs-on-shoulders. Once those work well, you're ready to try standing sex positions and other more exotic ones.

If your erections aren't becoming as strong as you hoped, just stick to missionary, and focus on enjoying the experience with your partner. Associating positive feelings and pleasure with sex will increase your brain's response over time, making you harder even if your muscles aren't that strong.

Over time though, as long as you're having sex, your erections will get better, and the sex will feel better

I strongly suggest other than patience, kegels squats and meditation. Kegels can do wonders as they train the same muscles that support your erection
