Feeling good and ready to hold out for the rest of the year, I have a few goals for my penis (lol) and one of them is to get erect while standing, and have it last for a while! I’ve been masturbating while laying down on my bed and I believe my penis is used to that way now, I want to maintain an erection while standing. I often heard Kegels work/ leg workouts, any other suggestions? Thanks ✌

Just reboot, you will he able to naturally, no pills. Problem isn't blood flow, problem is addictive and physical changes in brain.
Your muscles in your penis and pelvic area are weak, small, and incapable of staying erect in a way that makes sex as pleasurable as possible. I strongly suggest other than patience, kegels squats and meditation. Kegels can do wonders as they train the same muscles that support your erection
