You have intrusive negative or other kind of thoughts that interfere with your daily life? Do this to get rid of them or control them.

    - Whenever an intrusive thought comes, the first thing you need to do is understanding wether it was you or the brain that prompted it. It's easy to know that, if you are aware of you having intrusive thoughts: if the thought is
    - something unwanted,
    - it came out of nowhere,
    - it was fast formulated that you didnt have the time to formulate it yourself,
then yes, that's an intrusive thought generated by your brain.

    - If instead of being happy, you feel depressed, full of compulsive thoughts and anxious then it's obvious something is not right. You know when you are happy, it's a feeling of being thoughtless, in peace with yourself, happy. You smile when you are happy, you feel content. If you don't have that feeling then you are not happy.
If you start thinking about various things for no reason, then yes, it's your brain generating those thoughts, my parents once said that thinking can kill and it's true, thinking too much can kill a person. You can have tons of various thoughts, about your job, about life, existential crisis, about death, about society, about the world and even suicidal thoughts. If you don't stay thoughtless, you can not be happy.
They say ignorance is bliss, that's somewhat true. I hate ignorance and I love knowing things but look what knowing things brought me, having existential crisis, doubts, worrying about my life, social anxiety, depression, worrying about the world. Knowing things is needed but knowing and thinking too much is absolutely not needed and needs to be avoided. You can know things but there are some things that are better left alone for the sake of your mental health.

    - If you have doubts about yourself, your sexuality, your existence then yes you have OCD. If you are not sure wether you are straight or gay, it's the OCD kicking in. If you have always been straight but then due to what other people told you and made you doubt or due to porn, then it's a doubt generated by OCD. If your brain starts having sexual thoughts about the same gender, it means that you have used a lot of porn and desensitized your brain or if you didn't use porn and the sexual thougnts are unwanted then it means something is not right. There is something wrong going on and you have to fix it by resetting your natural attraction towards the opposite sex. Don't go the rabbit hole otherwise your sexuality might be changed.
If you have had an existential crisis then that's OCD too. You shouldn't be having an existential crisis at all, if you start doubting your existence then there is something wrong going on.
If you have de-realization problems then that's OCD as well.

    - If something drawns you back at doing a certain thing then that's OCD as well. Everything you do should flow with no doubts, if you have doubts at something and you are not content until you fix that, that's the OCD kicking in.

    - If you see that you are over-cleaning yourself or over-worrying about something, that's OCD.

The thing you need to do to get rid or control your OCD are the following steps:

    - know wether it was generated by your brain or not: if it's unwanted, fast formulated and came out of nowhere then that's not a thought generated by you, but by your brain.
    - If you are not happy or content about yourself, then something is not right. You are either anxious, depressed or over-worrying about something.
    - If you return to talk about something often, then something there is not right as well. You shouldn't return to think and talk about something you already said, you should be content with your mind.
    - If you start having doubts about things, wether they are silly or things like your sexuality or existence, cut the thoughts, ignore them, things should flow and you should be sure about yourself. Don't listen to the brain, it's generating worries and thoughts for no reasons.

That's it, hope this helps you. Since I've been doing all of these things, my life became better and I'm more content with myself. Keep doing this and stay away from porn because it amplifies OCD and every intrusive thougths they will go forever.
