How to heal friction burns?

    used to be addicted to PMO until I realized the bottom of my d*** was fucked. Hand Callus’s from lifting + PMO = recipe for disaster. Anyways I’ve been off of it for a while now and it’s slowly healed but can you guys recommend me any techniques/creams that can help me recover my skin? Thanks.

    The underside of a dick has a slightly weird look naturally, just in case you didn't know. I used to think I had a birthmark there or something.

    But if you do have a friction burn problem, E45 cream might be good? I'm not an expert though.
