How to keep fully occupied

    Guys I don't have many friends so when I finish work I usually watch porn it gets me through the night or day ect. . But I'm on day 7 at the moment and just wondering what other people do in the evenings to keep busy , I atm mainly watch TV or play the xbox or watch nofap videos /self improvement. Any messages would be appreciated Im struggling to keep busy

    I personally think the key to many things in life (including your issue) is to find the thing within you that like to create something.

    Sure you could spend all your free time consuming things but creating something... That is something worth striving for....

    Find something to do, a new hobbie, maybe music, dance, painting, take lessons, you will meet people !
    You can transform your sexual drives in creative ones, it's called sublimation !
    Try to make your weaknesses a strength !
