How to not O/ delay O during sex?

    Ok so I'll be honest I finish fairly quickly during sex (like after putting it in about 5 mins or so max), anyway I would love tips on how to make sure you don't finish or how to slow it down, as I like the idea of not O-ing during sex as it makes me feel tired and drained, and of course I wanna satisfy my girl as much as possible.

    Try and work on taking it slower or changing positions frequently, could also try taking deep breaths and if it gets to be too much, just pull out and focus on her more with your hands and mouth. I'd highly recommend trying to train your pc muscles as well, as this could help you last longer without trying to and with enough training you could even receive multiple orgasms from sex by flexing them just before ejaculating.
