How to overcome the NoFap depression/anxiety/ fight or flight.

    The anxiety you get on nofap is a fight or flight response. This response is a primal scared defense mechanism for you to either attack the danger or flee it. NoFap induces us to feel this way whether we realise it or not. Never having been in this situation I didn't know what I was going through.

    the only way to reach "safety" is through becoming present in the moment. Don't wait until it's a convenient time to feel safe, you must become present NOW.

    When we go into fight or flight we feel we want to avoid the danger so one way is to avoid consciousness. Sheer lack of acceptance is one way or avoiding this feeling - we can choose to chase the future or dwell on the past for "safety" but these things cannot bring us safety.

    The truth is that there will never be a convenient time to be present. Practice it now find out ways to on YouTube.

    movies TV and media aren't going to help you feel less anxious it can even heighten it. No more escaping. feel it. You will find safety and everything you want when you can allow yourself to be present. There's no "later" do this now. Take in your surroundings.
