How to quit orgasm ?

    I am able to quit porn again but i can't quit masturbation and orgasm at all
    I don't know why after every four days / 3 days i have urge to masturbate
    and i do which lead to orgasm mostly without porn . I do m by viewing just a kiss scene
    or sometimes even not that . So here is my question how do experts in pmo able to quit p , m and o (especially O) at same time ?(I do masturbate cause I'm underage to do sex )

    Set your mind to it and get it done. Its not easy, but rarely is something easy thats worth the outcome.

    Read a lot of threads here and over at your brain on porn. Keep in mind that your goal is to be completely back to normal before you hit the age and the oppurtunity comes for the real thing.

    Basically, set some goals. 1 week, 3 weeks, 1 month etc. You dont want to be the guy that finally had the oppurtunity with the right woman and just be completely limp.

    It won't be easy because you have become addicted to the dopamine spike PMO gives to your brain. On the other hand, it won't be impossible either. Just take small steps and before you know it you will reach your goal.

    You can replace masturbation with daily aerobic exercise like running/cycling/swimming to get your dopamine fix. You can download 10k running training app on your phone, it has worked for me. Basically mon/wed/fri - running, tue/thu - cycling, sat - swimming. I have no problems abstaining from mb or sex under this routine (nearing 3 months goal). Just don't over do it, level up slowly, so you don't hurt your body, best to stick to your training plan and stay within max 60 min per session time limit. You don't want to substitute masturbation with ever increasing sport addiction like running marathons, then ultra marathons to get your brain fix. The side effect of this (at least for me) is if you stop training for more then three days, you might feel really depressed (probably because of not getting your dopamine through exercise).
