ok so i got pied 4 months ago where i couldn’t get it up to porn also. it’s been 4 months now and i’m growing to when i see sexy stuff but i’m not healed yet. I usually go ride my bike for a hour and take cold showers but i’m on my phone a lot like on tiktok and stuff does this prohibit my healing my screen time is like 7-8 hours because so really have nothing else to do i’m 15 does anyone know if this prohibits by growth or anything? and what should i do
