How to sleep better

  1. Had a terrible night last night. Didn't sleep at all (not even a minute) due to anixety. Has anyone got any tips on how to sleep better?
     
  2. Valerian root helps anxiety and really helps you sleep.

  4. Breath super heavily and deeply for like 1mn. It's goinf to hyper oxygen your brain and calm you down.

    On YouTube, check out "honest guys guided meditation" if it's new for you, try deep relaxation or one of the sleep talk down videos, they are about 10-15 minutes long.

    I find they help with anxiety and stress.
    Also, try to stay off your phone before bed, it'll make a huge difference. (I still have trouble with that lol)

  7. Check out Honest Guys Meditation...guided relaxation stuff....you'll sleep like the dead
