How to sleep longer/earlier?

    Hi everyone. I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule, to get more or atleast 8 hours of sleep. So say I usually go to bet at 12 midnight, how can I train my self to go to bed at say somewhere around 8-9 PM? Also, if anyone of you have had trouble falling asleep, how did you solve this problem? I feel like i'm never tired at the right time, and so I can't fall asleep that easily. Any tips?

    I think for sure nofap has increased my quality of sleep which have made me require less sleep.

    I focused on this for a while and my sleep improved dramatically.

    I got rid of all artificial light. So when the sun went down I turned off all electronics, laptops, phones ect and also turned off all the house lights.

    If that’s a bit extreme you can pick up glasses which block the blue light spectrum which is the one which disrupts sleep.
