    How do you people stay off porn? What do you do to be free from the addiction. I've been trying to quit for 6 years and i still watch porn. Kindly help

    bro..use some parental control software with password protection in your pc..here you can use only specified websites that you really want and can block all other sites for a specific period.just set a password which is difficult to remember.it's done..is this a helpful suggestion??

    build willpower .. altho i am all day at home and get urges, i weigh out the pros and cons of watching porn and i'll see that the pros are far better than the cons.

    it's very simple said but willpower is the key to life
