How to stop from going grey?

As a med student i would say it does boil down alot to genetics but if it isnt in your case, if you check you family. then its pretty much do to stress and lifestyle factors, as it is possible to revers grey hair.

 

It’s genetics. PMO has nothing to do with it. I got most of my grey hairs after I stopped fapping.

 

Best things to do is first accept that your hair will be fully gray one day most likely, but you can slow the process down a lot, exercising and healthy eating are your best friends when it comes to preserving your youth, my teacher is 72 and i think his hair is still natural, and he has the energy and body of a 30 year old, becoming old is a part of life, becoming decrepit is a lifestyle choice.
