So after going out with friends or a date (ca. every 7 days), i always feel very happy, satisfied and tired. So i always relapse after these events. Have you got some tips?

I think half the battle is recognising the trigger, which you have. Some triggers one can avoid, but you cannot avoid coming home after an evining out, so you will need to fortify yourself. What have you tried? Things that help take your mind elsewhere, healthy things, might be good. Perhaps read a book, take a cold shower, meditate, pray, look at a photo of your mum and send her love through the ether before going to sleep, ... Who knows, you'll need to think through some ideas and find out what works for you.

  3. Make a timetable of things to do, and stick to it. (Treat life as a videogame and have a series of daily missions.) Reward yourself with food or stuff you want every week, and keep track of your progress.

  4. That one was a hard one for me. I remember dreading going home at times since I knew I would have that freight train waiting for me and I couldn’t stop it.

Sometimes I wouldn’t go home right away if it was early enough. Go get a dessert, take a walk, go to the gym, or go to the library and read good healthy literature.

If it was later I would go straight to in-door exercises to get tired, call or email a very good friend of mine, do one of my indoor hobbies while listening to music or playing a non-sexual video, or even come to this site and read. Then write out plans for the next day and go to bed thinking about those plans.

As alluded to by @kropo82 when you get home it’s a trigger to do “something”. You can train yourself to change what that “something” will be.
