How to stop Secretion of White Liquid During NOFAP streak

Hi, I’m on my 50th day of NoFap streak. This is my highest streak in the past 2 years. While I’m pretty happy for this, there’s this thing which makes me feel bad. Whenever I talk to girls whom I find attractive, there is this white liquid gets secreted out from my penis and I get real sad. When I studied in the internet, I got to know that it is like a natural lube or something. But I really want to make it stop. It’s completely fine When I’m having sex. But I don’t find it healthy when I’m just talking to pretty girls. It affects my confidence. Need a speedy solution pals. How to stop it?
