How to treat nofap withdrawal symptoms like anxiety and brain fog?

    This morning I had a wet dream... All the symptoms are back now :( Anxiety, lack of concentration, brain fog, etc. I blame prolactin increase and dopamine decrease for these withdrawal symptoms... Any solutions buddy?

    So I should consider zinc. I've read that it also has an important role in lowering prolactin. Last time I relapsed after 90 days because withdrawal symptoms were so bad... symptoms like severe hot flashes...! But I started again and its 14 days now. I hope I become successful this time... The next month I have a very important exam which can change my future career... Now with these disappointing symptoms, I can't even focus on my studies. I don't really know what to do :( Any solutions for quicker recovery?!

  5. I read that turmeric can improve neuroplasticity, just be sure to get some good quality if you do try it

    For me I rarely have wet dreams, but that's normal. Some people have them a lot, some don't.
    I learned that taking a cold shower for 30-60 seconds daily helps not only with testosterone and energy, but also cools you down and perhaps prevent wet dreams.

    Wet dreams are the worst. As you are in the healing process they happen and reset everything!! Prolactin is to blame...
