How Will Sex with Wife Affect Reboot?

Hi all,

I have been pretty deep in SA for 5 year (minimum) and PA for 12 years (minimum) and i have had a pretty unsuccessful time with my recovery since discovery NoFap a few months ago (to be expected, i suppose).

My goal is to be completey free from P, PMO, and MO, as well as any weird kinks I have picked up, unhealthy sexual desire/fantasy, and objectifying women etc. etc. Not to mention, I want to be completely satisfied with my wife and vanilla stuff again.

I just want to be free. This whole thing has consumed almost half of my entire life so far (all of my adult life actually, starting in my early teens)

My question is this: how will having sex with my partner affect my reboot?

I understand 3 months of hardmode is a typical rule of thumb, but what about not on hardmode?

I will, of course, publish my own findings as time goes by. That is, if i ever pluck up the will-power to do this.
