    Clearly Spelling out your goals, making your progress Measurable, setting Achievable goals which are Relevant to your life vision and aimed to be achieved by a certain Time, that is the secret to achieving your goals the SMART way.

    i like reading posts here ..its funny..i see most people here are like babysitting each other..when the fact we are all adults..and treating each other like every one is a patient or some shit..
    i say cut this baby bullshit..talk straight..be tough..fuck soft babies
    you stay clean for 90 days and then bam you jerk off like what the fuck is that
    you abstain from physical stimulation but you tickle yourself mentally like talking about this chick in the gym who was looking at you like she want to suck your dick..fuck
    you have to cut out all tickling physical and mental and only allow a girl tickle you when one is available
    if there is none around, focus on work
    and one more thing all the discipline in the world is not going to help if you stay inside a safe bubble
    just a lab rat who works hard inside that little cage..and gets a cheese or cake
    so strip the matrix and grow independent...once your are stronger start building a tribe around you

    working out and all that is good for general health
    but if you work out for strength or size or endurance then also find avenues where you use that strength and size and endurance
    otherwise you are just wasting calories by burning them and consuming them..
    will make a plan and then show to you guys as well how to go about it

    3 days a week
    session a
    squat
    bench
    dips

    session b
    deadlift
    overhead press
    pullups

    the other days in between only calisthenics

    Kill or be killed
    It’s simple as that
    Tear down the fake smiles and fake love and fake brotherhood
    Your tribe is your only brotherhood
    All else a potential enemy

    bodybuilding is a waste of time and waste of energy
    If you will not conquer some country with all that muscle mountain
    So be realistic
    Train whole body and then train it’s use in competition like sport or cage fight
    Every sport is good but cage fighting is the pinnacle of sport
    Where fake trophies and goals are non existent but the only real goal is to hurt and not get hurt
    Do that

    Read a post on other website by a military veteran in his 60s
    Post was about nutrition, workout, mindset
    The post was about 20 pages long
    His diet and workout system and methods and variations were countless
    After reading halfway through I drop it and say fuck you slave and fuck your methods

    If you guys happen to follow anything the mainstream science tells you, you are being led astray
    Mainstream science has made it so complicated that in order to build a physique and put out high performance you need to dial in a ton of variables
    Tons of variables
    Bullshit
    And then you spend all day making sure the dials are correct and this becomes your lifestyle
    Like the six pack abs tribe
    And the hulking bodybuilders
    All a waste of human potential being sucked into vanity
    Toss the mainstream advice into the bin

    take some examples
    Mike Tyson
    Khabib
    Tyson fury
    Rocky marciano
    And others

    these men are unbeatable and their secret is simplicity
    Their training is simple and their diet is simple and they don’t have a shredded physique
    By cutting out all bullshit they have time and energy to focus on the real work that is fighting in their case

    take the ancient warriors
    Spartans
    Vikings
    Mongols
    The companions
    Did these groups of people make sure their micronutrients and macro nutrients were dialled in so they can perform on a high level?
    Or their training was very complicated?
    No they didn’t
    They ate the simplest food what was available in their region and they defeated the largest empires of their time who had more resources and riches

    A recent example
    US military
    Hi tec gear
    High training
    Quality nutrition
    Mental toughness training (hell week)

    yet they mentally and physically lose to rag tag fighters in
    Vietnam
    Afghanistan

    who didn’t have hi tech gear
    Who didn’t have specialist training
    Who mostly were under fed

    Make your own decision

    they can’t even take the toll after all that training and become addicted to drugs and become homeless
    Why do they get ptsd after all the training..they should have been mentally ready for shit

    this explains why the modern artificial world is pussy
    And only way to become real is to tear this bubble around you
