Hungry for porn?

So I decided to lose some weight while I'm rebooting (probably trying to do too much). But I noticed during my last porn craving, that it bore a very similar feeling to that of when I'm feeling hungry. It was that same kind of primal desire, a feeling like here is something your body needs. Is this more of a desire for orgasm than porn? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I agree, that distraction seems the best way to deal with them, at least for now. I don't like it as a permanent solution, too much like replacing one problem with another.

The biggest help I've found is the ability to believe that they will go away. At the time, it feels as if orgasm (be it PMO, MO, or O) is the only thing that will make it stop. But knowing that those aren't my only options has given me the power to outlast it, so far.
