    I’m not sure what to think about this video. I honestly really love this guy’s YouTube channel, he has amazing content but this feels like snake oil. What are your thoughts on hypnosis meditation for PMO?

    I lived at a monastery for the better part of a year. Meditation and hypnosis are not related. Meditation is a conscious effort to surface and develop beneficial qualities of mind while diminishing and preventing harmful qualities of mind.
