I’m 16 years old and feel 80 years old (help me)

Hi I’m new here my longest streak is 34 days but anyway a bit of back story I starting fapping when I was 13 I’m currently 16 ever since then I have only went 1 month without fapping what is unbelievably scary (I would fap 4 times a day btw) so my brain fog started in 2018 November time 2 days before then my life was literally normal go meet friends have fun go home fap I was never shy or anything like that obviously because I had a mask on and thought I was so great at everyone but I woke up one day ever since then I’ve had brain fog I definitely think it’s because of fapping 4 times a day I’m really drained off energy and feel 80 at 16 I would like some help please with brain fog and I wanna know how long it could take also is brain fog from chronic fapping please help I’m really depressed I’m just looking for answers
