    If i use my phone to watch movies and shows and stuff will that hinder progress? I haven’t watched porn in 4 months but right let’s say i wanted to start learning code would me being on my computer for a long time learning and coding hinder me?

    Not at all man. Avoid porn and masturbation at all costs. Being productive on the computer and an occasional movie/show will not hinder your progress. Keep going brother.

    stay away from movies bro.It has triggers.It can ruin your whole streak.It happened many times with me .So Now I am completely out of this kind of things.
