I’m starting a 90 day reboot. I’m going to try and report here every day until it’s finished

For me the mornings have become very important. Coffee around 5am and then journaling, drawing, reading and nofap posting. It sets the tone for the day. I focus on each and every day as a life in itself. It is the only way I can maintain my "porn sobriety". Every task I engage in is mindful and includes body awareness. One day at a time!
 
The mornings set my day for me. I’m usually up around 5:30. For me, I have devotionals and the Rosary, but it doesn't matter what you want to start your day on a positive note. As another noted he journals first thing. Maybe meditation might work for you. Need to find what puts you into a positive frame of mind to begin your day. I'm only on my 4 day, so all a learning curve for me as well.

Well you are ahead of me. Though I think I might start journaling as well. If fact writing this every day is a sort of journaling I suppose. But, an actual journal could be good for celebrating my small wins
