    havent been on here in a really long time. i got tired of saying id quit but just ended up cracking after like a second. so many failed so many ill do it i got it but yet ill rub one out. i couldnt figure out what it was i was addicted to. the porn, the masturbation, the feeling of cumming, or just pure boredom. i honestly still dont know man, i have no clue at all. i just know i didnt want to do tavent been on here in a really long time. i got tired of saying id quit but just ended up cracking after like a second. so many failed so many ill do it i got it but yet ill rub one out. i couldnt figure out what it was i was addicted to. the porn, the masturbation, the feeling of cumming, or just pure boredom. i honestly still dont know man, i have no clue at all. i just know i didnt want to do it anymore. it took me awhile to finally figure that out. that satisfaction of cumming started feeling blah no enjoyment what so ever. i ended closing my eyes and putting in restrictions code that helped for bit but i found a way and cracked. long story short here i am. as of yesterday ive went 21 days masturbation at 10 am it will be 22. im still fighting on not watching porn ive kinda only limited it to 5 girls that look at. i just cant seem to cancel them out. if anyone still on here i would love tips. my brain just seems to want them all the time. but yeah really proud here havent been this proud in awhile. thank NoFap. finally feel like i can conquer this all.

    The key is to fill your day with activities, don’t give yourself a lot of free time, I’m new here and I’ve also tried to quit a lot and failed, but I have a feeling this time is different, although I have this feeling every time I decide to quit but I choose to believe that this time I’m going to do it. Because you have to believe in yourself.
