i almost lost control tonight

i am one month and four days into no P, but i just slipped and watched 5 or so minutes of P and M'd while doing so, but did not O at all. idk if that counts as a relapse or reset or whatever, but im sure asf glad i stopped, i wasnt looking forward to the shame if i had binged out and finished. normally i would have lost control and not even realized what i had done until after i finished. considering im doing soft mode. i feel like its a good sign that i stopped, but i feel like i may have lost some progress idk. i had been struggling in the last week or two to maintain an erection during sex and i was able to keep it up last night no problem, i hope this doesnt set me back.
