I am a porn addict, i need your help fast?

Anyways i created this post in order to get help from you guys Nofap Members and from those who has stopped they addiction, i am addicted to porn sites the last 6years since 2013, and i still do, i masturbating really changed my file into a bad road, i search for it on the web and found creepy stuff.

This addiction make me lose memory and forget happy memories also its give me a really bad back pain also in my neck, also i become shy and worst thing i got bad degree and lost confident my self, last year i got low degree in high school then i start studing at a computer sience school but with this addiction i failed and i almost suicide 2 times and that fucking sucks.

i try to stopeed too many times, one time i stopped 20 days i feel different and so happy and feelt motivated but i always back to my addiction and its fucks me.

when i travel i forget this addiction but when i back home i start again doing it.

i would like to start #100day challenge but tell me tools to stop this addiction forever without even thinking about porn scens.
