I am feeling weird after orgasms

Man, I advise not dating during a reboot until far far into it. I've been on and off NoFap for 5 years. And usually like many men, my confidence gets so high around the 3 week to 2 month mark that it's just natural to meet a woman, and easy to move things ahead. However, I feel like unless you practice tantric sex, or present sex techniques that really rewrite how you are having sex and focus on the body and breathing, you eventually fall back down the rabbit whole as your body and mind begin to crave porn-driven sex fantasies. This is my opinion! It's even unconscious. For example in my last relationship, I was becoming agitated when not having sex and forming resent for my partner, but this was due to my mind wanting the same sort of arousal that porn had given me, which is unrealistic. Whereas my partner just wanted to have sex when I was actually hard. Basically dating while doing nofap can be not only difficult but sort of harmful for yourself and your partner.

Yeah. Happens to me too. Even after one orgasm via vaginal sex or anything. Lasts about 3 days. Maybe our brains aren’t quite repeaired yet. Feel great until one O, then depression anxiety and I even feel like crying. Overwhelmed then back to normal ish. I think need more hard mode
