I am going to relapse..I will be alone at home 2 hours from now for a good 2-3 hours and I am going to go back to pmo..it was easy for the first 15 days, but the last 10 days have been so tough..I have so strong urges and I am so horny..yesterday i slept it off but today morning also i woke up with an erection and its so strong..I just want release..cant torture myself anymore. .going for 24 days w/o PMO is in itself a big achievement for me..I never thought I can pull through for so long

    There's always a choice, @neew_guy.

I urge you to think through what relapsing means and the consequences of that, before you actually go ahead with it.

Will this relapse help you to achieve your long term happiness? Will it improve your overall quality of life? Will it help you to become a better person? Will this release grant you more energy to do the things that are important to you?

Just some questions you can ask before you go ahead and PMO. If it's really in your best interests, then do so, and be at peace with your decision.

Please hold out. For me anyway, things get easier after 28-33 days, and I would bet it's similar for you. You have to make the decision, do you really want to go back to your pmo addicted life, or do you want to live your life free of that addiction. 24 days is a great achievement, but you can go so much further. Don't be content with mediocrity, be amazing, be strong, be resilient. If everyone gave in when things got really tough, society would stop functioning. You can do this, you just need to dig deep and keep at it.

  5. It will only be an achievement when you stop feeling that living without PMO is torture. It will be even tougher for you to get there after relapsing, but it will get easier if you keep at it. Try to go for 90 days first.

    Congratulations to your 15 days!

But why are you posting this? Do you actually want to relapse, or are you ready to try a new behaviour ?

Please note, there are ways to deal with urges. Just relax, and let the urge go by. You will feel great!

You are a free man, and freedom means that you have at least two choices.

If you think you have only one choice, then you are like a rock which is falling down.

Why did you post this here?
Are you looking for reasons to stay strong or to a social validation?
Many of the people who succeeded here struggled immensely in the first 30 days and had occasionally heavy urges again between the 60 and 90 days. Someone relapsed after 100 days or even after 200 days, but this relapse didn't bring them back to the PMO addiction. And you know why? It's because we discovered that life without PMO addiction is so much better than the one with the PMO addiction. We are more secure, more successful and stronger and we have also more time to accomplish more things.
Anyway, if you fall now, you're back again, because you still didn't see the change in your life (it takes some time). Imagine yourself successful, strong and selfconfident, and then imagine yourself with your dick in your hand on some disgusting porn in the same moment where other people are doing sport, working hard to achieve success or enjoy their relationship at their fullest (of course, there are in worse conditions but aren't we supposed to aim the best for ourselves?).

And if you relapsed. it's not the end of the world. You stayed 15 days and you can improve your record. It's better than before for sure.
Your biggest enemy (or friend) is your mindset.

    So was it worth it?

Weekends are hard if you're home alone for a long time. In future, try to schedule something that will mean you're not home alone with little to do. If you've arranged to go out to meet someone/go for a run or swim/go to the cinema etc then that will be your focus and you won't be as tempted.

For me time alone used to be associated with PMO but now if I have to be at home I've begun to do other things - switching off my computer and reading a book, listening to music, drawing etc. My association with alone time needs to change for good.
