I am Holger...

    ...and I want to quit my over 20 years of porn addiction.

    Since it all began with video shop pornography in the early late 90s, I have been struggeling lately from these addiction with depression and OCD (which I guess can trigger among themselves).
    Internet has been a new way of getting porn, and I guess I´ve spent at leat 5K € in several porn platforms...

    It´s not only the money, it is the futile spending hours and hours and hours in the web for just "one shot", time of my life, that I could spend in a better way, also it begins to harm my body functions (eg erectile dysfunctions) - that do trigger my depressions...

    I was introduced to NoFap while chatting in a "depression chat" and I want it to be the start in a new life.

    You made the habit and you can break the habit.
    Maybe you want to make some commitment - not to the community but to yourself.

    Getting rid of addiction is always uplifting. What’s your plan to break the habit? 30 days NO PMO, 90 days NO PMO?

    Hi Rafael33,

    yes I am German, living near of Cologne.

    My goal is to get rid of porn...but I just did fail...was 5 days aways from home & familiy - support you can call it...and boredom an wifi connection did the other part :(
    Well...fell down...stand up again, wipe dirt from clothes & start again...
