    I am on my 12th day without PMO, and Thank the Almighty I am so happy about myself. Fighting all along this was so brave. I just don't wanna disappoint myself again. I shouldn't ever relapse again. No!! Never!!! I just wanna stay peacefully just like now, forever. I have to motivate myself more often and talk about the harmfulness of PMO more. I have to learn more about PMO. Get the facts, and work accordingly!
