I Am new and Need to Recover

I am (sort of) new to this website. I am a man in his 50's who has been using PMO since childhood. I am addicted. I have tried quitting many times and in various ways: by myself, with an accountability buddy, and with SAA. All attempts have failed. I have lost more to this addiction than I can bear to state here, but pretty much this addiction has taken my life away from me.

I have to make it this time. I have to recover.

Any support, advice, camaraderie is welcome.
