Hello everyone, I am 24 years old and I have an addiction. It's been about 10 years or so since this has stared and it is ruining me and my relationship. I have these urges to just fap and it is usually to random things like hentai, random people, porn sometimes even people I know. Recently it was to my SO's best friend. I know it is a messed up thing to do but I wasn't thinking and she found out. Now things between us are not good and I am not sure what to do. That is why I am here, to seek help and guidance from anyone else that has gone through this. I am not sure what to expect but I just wanted to get this off my chest. Thank you.

I’m sorry your partner found out. This is a good reminder that actions like this can hurt people we care about. But many men fap about their partner’s friends. What we don’t think about is what you’ve experienced: the hurt it would cause our SO.
