    im 18 years old
    and watched porn and do masturbation from the age of 12 . i do masturbation and porn for 3 years .
    then i quit this for 1 year at the age of 16
    i bought my own mobile at that time i watched a lot of porn and also mastrubates alot and still iam doing this shit
    i want to quit this but i cant

    Don't worry about quit this shit habit
    Because If you have scale of atom to optimism you will quit by the time.
    Frist: don't say I can't because you can, you should take care of your talk because no one can motivate you more than yourself, when you start thinking about PMO, Say to yourself that this happiness will only last for minutes and that it is a fake happiness and will make me sad more than happy
    Second : start learning about new things about anything but be Useful
