I am a 24 years old guy who has been suffering from Porn addiction since I was in Class 3. I have tried countless times to quit but have failed to do so. The longest I have abstained from PMO is 6-7 days. How do I quit this compulsion of mine for good? Do I need to see a Therapist for this? Please help me overcome this hell.

It's up to you. U know what is good or bad for you. You know pmo is bad. First try to see how many days u can go without watching porn or masterbation. If u fail try again. If you are having any serious issues like depression, anxiety u can see a doctor. U will understand what's necessary for you.
