I am not able to build will power for NoFap Challenge. How can I?

    I having been relapsing a lot these days. Almost like twice a week. Every time I relapse, I have will power for only 2-3 days and then back to urge. Please guide me to build will power and continue my NoFap journey.
  2. how to build will power:

    - cut all your connections with PMO, including your triggers (probably instagram). If you can't even do this, you are not determined and would fail

    - TRANSMUTE SEXUAL ENERGY! When you don't orgasm, the sexual energy will start to build up and you need to transmute it into something productive like exercising or meditating

    - stay true to yourself. Your mind might be tricking you that "a little porn would do no harm", and you NEED TO SAY NO! In your deepest mind you KNOW that PMO is USELESS BULLSHlT and you need to GET RID OF IT!

    i think if you aren't doing it every day and you have the will power to stop for 2-3 days then get the urge like everyone experiences and release you just had a small fall back. NOW.. what you could do is after the 3rd day, hold off until the 5th or 6th.. oh sorry the 4th day too and see how you feel. running, walking, music, jumping in a cold shower sucks but works as well could help. what not to do: sit and think about that shit, going on social median and view girls that are super filtered or makeup-ed out to look better then they really do lol. leave doors opened where you lay your head at night if you aren't living alone. at the end of the day you are the man of that brain and body and you WILL figure out what will work for you. until then enjoy those day you go without it.

    can relate man.. when i relapse i feel my will power at max but as the days pass i feel my will power fading and i relapse ;/ over and over again.
