    I have failed thousand times to get rid of P from my life.I will try again and again until i achieve my goal.30 days of nofap training.starts now.

    Be a warrior and keep moving. Become that tree in the midst of a storm, which is uproot and does not budge or blow away. Praying for you brother! I myself am on 34 day streak and have now trained my mind to take Nofap as a lifestyle choice, rather than doing it temporarily. What works for you, do that but no matter what happens, Don't give up. Suffering is what makes us stronger and adversity is what transforms us. Wish you the best
