    Feeling the need to pay for sex, and doing so, because of porn

    Living a secret double life, because of porn

    Paying to watch hard porn when I always promised myself I wouldn't

    Fapping before going to work, when I should have been at work and on the case

    Going to porn shops and looking at the crap that they sell, cause I had nothing else to do

    How porn has contributed to my reluctance to talk to and socialise with women

    Shutting myself away at home on nice days, with the blinds shut

    Willpower does not come into it for me. Right now, I'm running on anger.

    Sounds like you are on the edge of realizing u have a problem. You are not alone. God knows how many beautiful days and time with my fame I've missed for similar reasons. Talki
