Hi, I started watching porn in 8th grade, I didn't know at what point of tike it started becoming a problem but I started to feel like I need to quit cuz you know there is this feeling that you feel after you have masturbated, a bit of regret, and a bit of good feel, but in my case whenever I tried to quit, I maintained a good streak of about 2 to 5 days and relapsed, I was reading on internet about how to quit porn and came across this website, I feel like I need some people to open up to so if you can drop your stories in the comments please feel free.

My instagram is @avgartist21 in case you want to message me personally.

If I read about you guys, I might just be able to control it for sometime and then completely let it go.

Also, feel free to drop tips and advices for NoFap.

    Thanks.

I'm happy to give them my perspective, though it's only one percent of my story. To illustrate, during my time in the porn swamp I was a penguin and then an eagle.

How it comes to this development, I come to that now. I used to be very shy, afraid of other people. In groups of people I felt ubwohl.

Actually, very paradoxical when I think back to my childhood, because as a child I was always exclusively in larger groups and felt very comfortable.

PMO made me an isolated person who avoided social relationships. This happened so insidiously that you don't even notice it.

I was terrified of women. That was actually the point that bothered me the most. At least in the beginning.

You don't dare to do anything, you don't dare to say anything, you never speak your mind. You have dozens of chances, but you don't take them.

You become someone who always takes the easy way out. Someone who is only looking for quick satisfaction. PMO is nothing else.

If you imagine what you would have to do to sleep with so many women. Now times put whether that is desirable, but you often have to jump over his shadow, work on his rhetoric / personality.

It is just work and growth.

PMO is simply the abbreviation. You don't have to do anything and you can get your reward right away. Anyone who knows a little more about the subject also understands that this behavior extends into other areas of life. Ergo, a very sad picture.

When I read through the forums of people who think they are just too shy or God created them just so and they are just not brave like other people.

These people who accept this and do not know the origin, I really feel sorry.

At some point the pain was so great that I thought about why I could not live out my personality. After many detours I arrived at Semen Retention.

Of course with very little experience and doubt. However, after a few months and years it is undeniable. When you live abstinently, many doors open.

You know it from advertising or movies, when you are offered the miracle pill to solve all problems. Can this be true?

Semen Retention has made me blossom. I became much more self-confident. I spoke my mind more often. I had almost no problems with women anymore.

In fact, women were no longer my focus. When you're a farmer, you just want to survive and eat a little bit. When you're a king, you don't just want to eat, you want much more than that.

You dare to do much more - you stand in your center. The emotional state and the thoughts change completely.

But I don't want to talk down the fact that it's easy. It is quite difficult. To get away from addiction, it is not enough to install a blocker and that's it.

It is also not enough to hold out for 7 days. You have to completely restructure your subconscious. You have to turn your whole life around.

But it is worth it. You get back every bit of energy you put into it.
