    Hello guys, Im scared of relapsing. 14 days now without fapping and watching female domination bullshit and getting dominated by girls over the phone, which im scared of relapsing to now that I took my cellphone back from my dad. I feel so much positive benefits, however now I feel scared because I took back my cellphone...

    I want to be able to be free and live with a cellphone, without having the need to talk to girls that dominate me over the phone for money and ejaculate to them degrading me. I DONT WANT THAT BULLSHIT!!! I AM FREE BECAUSE I DECIDE TO BE FREE!!

    sorry for capital letters, got so emotional when I was typing that. I relly want to be free from this bullshut, and therefore I decide do be free. Its a decision I make =)

    Well you don't and should not try to supress your feeling let it come and dont be disturbed by those thoughts. Thoughts are not you if they tell you to fap just see the thought as you will see a car in traffic where amidst traffic you are chilling and relaxing. Dont let the thought of fapping destroy your internal peace cause without that it will be remorse it will be very painful. If you take extreme steps like that you may fail within few days slowly reduce your phone time and it that time which you saved do something recreational which may help you in future. You may decrease net consumption slowly. Fapping is a bad habit and changing habits takes time. Stay strong many have done it and many are doing it.
