I can’t take it.

Depending on the time: go for a cycle/jog or do some push ups and squats indoors.

If you are indoors, then go into a room where your family are (however boring, lol).

Power OFF all internet enabled devices and do not keep them in the room you are in.

 

Are you setting up your environment for success? Blockers on your browsers? Putting your computer in a public space? Avoiding triggers (being alone, getting bored, watching anime, whatever your thing is?)

 

It sounds like you may be focusing too much on what you don't want in life. Write our your goals and how you want to live on a piece of paper. Read them aloud twice a day and focus on the things you do want in your life.

 

You might want to consider abandoning the P but not the MO. That's a controversial opinion on this board but asking at 13 year boy not to beat off is a lot like asking him not to pee. You just sort of have to figure out how your body works. What you like and what you don't like. That's what growing up is. I guarantee all your guy friends and all the guys that aren't your friends at your school are struggling with the same thing. Where is your father in all of this? He should be guiding you more than strangers on this forum.
