    The urges become a lot and I was about to give in. However, I used the "emergency" button and it was amazing. The quote it gave me was about the best it could've given me.

    Like I said in my first post, I'm not going to give up and I'm not going to give in.

    It's weird for me though, I don't seem to get hardly any urges during the first 3 days, but then after that they begin to get tougher.

    What was the quote btw?
    I'm creating a collection of them on my mobile as a way to keep myself motivated.
