I cannot say no to Porn when i got access to internet

Honestly we are all sitting in an open cell wondering how we can get out, the answer?, walk out of the cell and don't look back because truth Is you are the only one keeping yourself captive.

Ask yourself WHY you're looking at porn, and importantly WHY you don't want to. Picture the person you want to be without that uncontrollable urge and make it as big and bright and real as possible in your head. It's all about willpower but that means you have to feed it good shit to make it strong.

Internet access is not your problem. Your problem is an inability to not look at porn. To free yourself you must subdue the urge to look at porn.

I’m sorry the feedback of others isn’t helpful. Everything we find here is tools and we must try and use all the tools to find out which ones work. No one can do it for us. No one can give us a fool proof magic recipe to cure this. And it sucks. We have to fight each and every day by using tools and trying to make the right choices until we finally do.

 

Hey bro! I can relate to that feeling. It was like that few years ago. Our wifi used to be slow but when I connect my PC to the LAN it used to be crazy fast.....so everytime I connect with LAN i used to go on forums and download pics and stuff. Eventually it wore off....because I now have access to high speed internet.

It reminds me of another barrier. I used to think that everytime I am alone, I had to PMO. Until one evening when I took help of my support grup friends...they were messaging me that evenig if I was holding up good. I DIDNT relapse that evening which was an Oddity...because for 1.5 years every time i was alone I used to PMO...but it has changed that night. It was like a mental barrier that was broken. Now, being alone is NOT a trigger. Hope you get what I'm trying to say.

its just a mental barrier that you are setting to yourself. Overcome it once and you will have the strength to do it again.

 

you walk out of it by having no more to do with it, when you look back you get tempted, so keep your eyes fixed on the goal and keep walking. In the end most people end up relapsing and walking right back into their cells, why?, because it is comfortable there, it requires nothing from you and it will let you stay as long as you want in exchange for your life energy. When we choose to walk out of the cell we enter a vast wasteland called reality and it freaking sucks, but the farther away from that cell you get the more tougher you become and the more life you gain back, and eventually you wont be able to see that cell in the distance anymore. And over time that wasteland will become green pastures and then you can truly start living the life you want.
