    I am now 20 days free of porn sure the benefits are small and there were a lot of triggers but the important thing is i came this far yaaaay!

    One of my main problems is that I've developed a habit or schedule if you will where directly after school, I jerk off. On weekends, if I'm bored or have nothing to do I jerk off until I sleep. :(

    I like to game, but while I'm on my computer the urge becomes very high and I go to watch porn. Maybe I can go play basketball when I get home until my parents get home from work.
