I can't control my Lust...

    I find myself struggling at the 20th day in PMO.
    Everyday , I get that arg to just do the things man needs to do (even to an extreme levels).
    My sheer thoughts invoke erections while I try to sleep at night.
    Especially, when I don't have a girlfriend or friends to blow some steam (most of them are busy)

    When will these "provocative" thoughts for women will stop ?!

    tbh lust is natural, but as you go on the nofap journey, you'll find that your self-control will get stronger and stronger. I would say keep as busy as possible, if your friends can't be there for you, find other friends, other activities and maybe find something you're passionate about
